Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 la LSE, \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Warwick et \u00e0 la Harvard Law School, il a enseign\u00e9 aux Universit\u00e9 de Glasgow et de Manchester avant de revenir, en 2000, \u00e0 la LSE. Outre plusieurs distinctions universitaires (Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship de 2000 \u00e0 2002, Fellow du Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin de 2007 \u00e0 2008 et Law &amp; Public Affairs Fellowship \u00e0 Princeton University de 2012 \u00e0 2013), il est \u00e9galement Fellow de la British Academy et a \u00e9t\u00e9 professeur invit\u00e9 de nombreuses Universit\u00e9s (dont Osgoode Hall, Panth\u00e9on-Assas, Pennsylvanie, Renmin University (Beijing), Toronto).<\/p>\n<p>Martin Louglin est \u00e9galement membre des comit\u00e9s \u00e9ditoriaux de <i>The Modern Law Review<\/i>, du <i>Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues<\/i>, de <i>Jus Politicum<\/i>, du <i>Giornale di Storia costituzionale<\/i>\/<i>Journal of Constitutional History<\/i>, de <i>Teor\u00eda y Realidad Constitucional<\/i> et du <i>Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law<\/i>.
